Why We Don’t Charge Extra

We want our clinicians to have the freedom to use the best tools available at the moment you need them. Whether your session includes manual therapy, exercise prescription, IMS (Dry Needling), or Shockwave, the price remains consistent. This allows us to focus entirely on your recovery goals rather than your billing statement.
Insurance Coverage and Direct Billing
Because we integrate Shockwave into your standard physiotherapy care, it is billed under your Physiotherapy coverage.

Direct Billing: We offer direct billing to most major insurance providers in Okotoks and the surrounding area.

Standard Coverage: Since the treatment is billed as a physiotherapy session, you don’t have to worry about whether your insurance plan has a "Specialty Equipment" clause. If your plan covers physio, it covers your Shockwave treatment here.
